Spa Etiquette

Bella Santé Skin & Body is an escape for relaxation and rejuvenation. To maintain this environment, we ask that all of our clients are respectful of others’ privacy. Kindly turn off your mobile or pager and we ask that you please speak softly as you move about the spa.

To ensure that you feel totally comfortable on your visit to our Day Spa, and in order for us to provide the ultimate spa experience, reading our spa etiquette protocol will demystify ”what goes on behind spa doors”…482060_110255072454404_1373089319_n         378229_110253235787921_296315934_n         487373_110260545787190_1250466_n

Making An Appointment…

It is important to make prior reservations so we can accommodate your schedule.

Choosing Treatments…

Our Spa Consultants will be happy to assist to ensure you choose specific treatments suited to your special needs. All our treatments are modular and can be combined.

When to Arrive…

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow time for you to fill out our client consultation form prior to your treatment.

What if I Cancel or Change My Appointment…

We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment. We kindly ask for 48 hours notice for all appointments to avoid an initial 50% cancellation fee. If no notice is given, a charge for the full value of your scheduled treatments will be incurred automatically.

What to Wear During Treatments…

Maintaining your sense of dignity and well-being is of the utmost importance to us. Our fully qualified therapists are trained to drape correctly to respect your comfort and privacy.

What if I am Late for My Appointment…

Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment; it will also lessen the effectiveness and, more importantly, your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all our clients all treatments are completed as scheduled.

What if I have a Special Health Condition…

Please inform your therapist of any health concerns that you may have when completing your treatment card. Spa body treatments are not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy. Our fully qualified therapists will advise on special conditions.

Payment of Spa Services…

The Spa accepts cash, all major credit cards and Eftpos (Except AMEX).
